If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full item refund. Our support deparment is also happy to help with any warranty service needs you may have. PhoneSuit stands by the quality of its products. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. There should be no signs of damage, wear or exteneded usage to the product. The merchandise must be returned with all orginal packaging and materials. This includes all manuals, cables and boxes. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not included in refunds. To process a return please refer to the Returns Procedure defined below.

Your item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. To return an item, contact Customer Support at support@phonesuit.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. Additional instructions and terms will be provided to you with the RMA. All returns must be shipped prepaid to PhoneSuit.
