PhoneSuit stands by the quality of its products. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. There should be no signs of damage, wear or exteneded usage to the product. The merchandise must be returned with all orginal packaging and materials. This includes all manuals, cables and boxes. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not included in refunds. To process a return please refer to the Returns Procedure defined below.
