Return Policy. PhoneSuit stands by the quality of it's products. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item price. The product must be returned in the exact same condition as it was sent. There can be no signs of damage or exteneded usage to the product. The merchandise must be returned with all orginal packaging and materials. This includes all manuals, cables and boxes. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Electronic items such as the Mili power pack will be processed with a 15% resotcking fee. The shipping fees of your order are not included in the refund. To process a return please refer to the Returns Procedure defined below.
Returns Procedure. Your item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. To return an item, contact Customer Support at support@phonesuit.com or 877-886-7848 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid to PhoneSuit.com.
