Charging & Compatibility

  1. How does the Flex charge a Smartphone? The Flex works with most Smartphones, Tablets, Headphones and Devices that charge by USB-C. It has support for fast charging with USB-C 20 Watts PD output. You can charge your devices with the following 2 methods.
  2. Charge with the USB-C Charging Tip - To charge a USB-C device, flip open the top USB-C Tip until it is fully extended. Then connect the USB-C Tip to your device's USB-C input port. Once the USB-C tip is properly connected, press the power button on the Flex to activate. Your device should now indicate that it’s charging. To remove, gently disconnect the tip from your device. To ensure compatibility with the Flex, please check your Smartphone or Device product specifications.
  3. Charge By USB-C Cable - To charge your device by cable, use the original USB-C charging cable that came with the device or a compatible cable. You can also use the included USB-C to USB-C charging cable. First connect the USB-C end of the cable to the Flex's USB-C output charging port (side port). Then connect the Device’s charging tip end to your device. Once the cable is properly connected, press the power button on the Flex to activate. Your device should now indicate that it’s charging. To remove, gently disconnect the cable from your device. To ensure compatibility with the Flex, please check your Smartphone or Device product specifications.
  4. How do I know when my power bank is fully charged? When your battery pack is fully charged, all four indicator lights will light up solid.  
  5. How can I tell how much charge is left on the Flex? The Flex features LED status indicator lights. Press the power/ status button, and the number of illuminated lights will indicate the remaining battery percentage.
  6. Does it support fast charging? Yes, the Flex supports fast charging up to 20 Watts.
  7. Which iPhones does the Flex USB-C connector charge? The Flex works with all iPhones that have a USB-C connector, iPhone 15 series and newer.
  8. How do you recharge the Flex? The Flex comes with a USB charging cable so it can be charged via a computer or wall AC adapter that accepts a USB plug-in.  
  9. Can you charge the Flex & a device at the same time? The Flex integrates multiple power features. Pass-through charging allows you to charge your device and the Flex battery at the same time. Connect the Flex to charge by input and also connect the USB-C tip to the device that you would like to charge. When charging is complete, your device and the Flex will be fully charged. Prioritized charging will first charge your connected device and then charge the Flex internal battery.The Flex also features auto off charging which will turn off the internal battery when it detects that the device you are charging is fully charged.

The USB C part came off as I was removing it from my phone. I emailed the company to see about sending a replacement and no response received. I feel like I've been had.
